Before and After : De La Roche restaurant/building gone - PMR

This 'Before and After' shows, in top image, the old apartment building(s) converted into a Greek restaurant which was demolished to make way for a new condo project on De La Roche street in the Plateau Mont-Royal. The food at the restaurant was apparently pretty good as reviews for it are still on them interwebs (example). As mentioned in a previous post below about empty condo projects and a slowdown in the condo real-estate market, one of the condo units was still on the market even after they slashed the price from $399k to $375k (see photo below)

Cet 'Avant et Après' démontre, l'image du haut, le vieil immeuble(s) d'appartements converti en un restaurant Grec qui a été démoli pour faire place à un nouveau projet de condos sur la rue De La Roche sur le Plateau Mont-Royal. La cuisine du restaurant était apparemment assez bonne car les commentaires/critiques sont toujour disponibles sur l'internet (exemple). Comme mentionné dans un post précédent ci-dessous apropos des projets de condos vides et le marché immobilier au ralenti, l'une des unités de ce condo était toujour sur le marché, même après avoir réduit le prix de 399k $ à 375k $ (voir la photo ci-dessous)
