Old red brick building + land gone on Marcel Pepin and Rachel E - Rosemont

A massive set of condo projects are rising where an old abandoned red brick building plus the land surrounding it on Marcel Pepin and Rachel E in Rosemont, close to the Angus area. As you can see in the screengrabs from Google Streetview below, the new project is slowly encroaching on the red brick building/land. Un regroupement massif de projets de condos sont en construition où se trouvait un vieux bâtiment abandonné en brique rouge ainsi que le terrain qui l'entourait sur Marcel Pepin et Rachel E Rosemont, à proximité du quartier Angus. Comme vous pouvez le voir dans les screengrabs de Google Streetview ci-dessous, les nouveaux projets sont lentement en train d'envahir le bâtiment / terrain depuis un certain temps.
