Two sets of buildings on Sainte-Catherine street, between Guy and McKay. One of the two buildings was abandoned and dilapidated. It was totally gutted (including stores) but they kept the brick facade. The other one was renovated. As the banner says these are meant for students (with deep pockets). I also took photos of how the two buildings looked like from the back.

Deux bâtiments sur la rue Sainte-Catherine, entre Guy et McKay. Un des deux bâtiments était abandonné et l'ont completement démoli (incluant les boutiques; ils ont préservé la façade) alors que l'autre a été simplement rénové. Comme dit la bannière les logements sont destinés à des étudiants (avec des sous). J'ai aussi pris des photos des deux bâtiments d'en arrière.
