This duplex in Côte-Saint-Paul, which looks solid and great shape, was set to be demolished for a new condo project but as one can see on the billboard Fall 2014 has passed and still nothing. According to the website the condo project has been pushed back for Fall 2015. This is a perfect example of a solid property doomed because of the land surrounding it.
Every two months I take some time off so I'll be back sometimes in March.

Ce duplex à Côte-Saint-Paul, qui est solide et en bonne condition, était prévu pour être démoli pour un nouveau projet de condo, mais comme on peut le constater sur le panneau automne 2014 a passé et toujours rien. Selon le site Web du projet le condo tout a été repoussé pour l'automne 2015. C'est un exemple parfait d'une propriété solide condamnée à cause du terrain vacant qui l'entoure.
A tous les deux mois je prends quelques jours de congé alors je serai de retour en mars.
