Construction of a new condo project on Cardinal street in Cote-Saint-Paul where a duplex used to be (previous post). The land around the old, solid looking duplex doomed it.

Construction d'un nouveau projet de condos sur la rue Cardinal à Côte-Saint-Paul, où un duplex y était (article précédent). Le terrain autour du vieux duplex solide l'a condamné.
