This old building is being renovated while construction for the new condo project on the corner of Ste-Catherine and Lambert-Closse. I don't know if they're integrated. There's no information about it from the official website of the project there's no information about it.

Ce vieux bâtiment est en cours de rénovation en même temps que la construction du nouveau projet de condos sur le coin de Ste-Catherine et Lambert-Closse. Je ne sais pas si ils sont intégrés. Il n'y a pas d'information à ce sujet sur le site officiel du projet.
So many condos are being built here in Montreal.
