The Victoire condo project on St-Jacques street is still stalled after almost 2 years since the project was initiated. Note to condo builders : choose the name for your condo project wisely so that it won't incite bad karma. Victoire is hardly that.

Le projet de condo Victoire sur la rue St-Jacques est toujours au point mort après qu'il a été lancé il y a presque 2 ans d'ici. Une note au constructeurs de condos: choisir un nom qui va pas inciter à du karma négatif. Le project est tout sauf une victoire.
