They could use some interesting brick or stone details but at least the building looks like it's *trying* to look like an updated 19th century row house and not some ugly box.
I would just be really pissed off if I bought the condo with those large windows and only had that little area to open up to the outside. Unless the larger windows are the European tilt or swing ones.
But this is Montreal - what are the chances of that?
