This photo really epitomizes everything that is good and bad about Montreal. The horribly ugly, empty building, the collapsing infrastructure and the graffiti are all that's bad about the city. Then you have that amazing mural of a woman's face to remind you that there is still a lot of great things about the city. It's just a shame that it seems that too often the bad things outshine the great things about Montreal.
