legendary music venue in Montreal that saw almost every band play there for the past 40 years. It was demolished and it's gone as if it never existed.

As I sit here in the silence of 3:08AM your words "gone as if it never existed" echo in my ears as memories of the Spectrum flood my mind. I saw Keb Mo open for Taj Mahal there in 1996 (06/26/'96). He was sitting on a stool with his guitar. He took a look around (I think he saw those little lights on the side walls) and said... "what a pretty place".
