I've been keeping an eye on this old greystone on Sherbrooke for a couple of years now. It's situated on Sherbrooke street near St-Hubert. The building was used as the headquarters for the Montréal Jazz Festival prior to 2009. It was abandoned for some time and the renovations only started back in 2011, as the second screengrab above shows. It was probably completed at the end of 2011 or the start of 2012. I visited the area this past summer and took photos of the completion. Very nice.

Un 'Avant et Après' : J'ai gardé un oeil sur ce 'greystone' sur la rue Sherbrooke pendant plusieurs années. Il est situé sur la rue Sherbrooke près de St-Hubert. Le bâtiment a été utilisé comme le quartier général du Festival de Jazz avant 2009. Il a été abandonné pendant un certain temps et les rénovations ont seulement commencé en 2011, voir le deuxième screengrab ci-dessus. Les renovations ont probablement été achevé en fin 2011 ou début 2012. Cette année j'ai visité l'endroit et voici le résultat. Une réussite. 2009
