On-going construction in and around Atwater avenue. Not one but two stop lights were added on this usually free flowing avenue and using this access is a nightmare now. What took a split second to enter the Atwater tunnel now can take be a twenty minute wait. Insane.

Construction en cours autour de l'avenue Atwater. Pas un mais deux feux d'arrêt ont été ajoutés sur cette avenue qui est généralement sans obstruction. L'utilisation de cet accès est maintenant un cauchemar. Ce qui a pris une fraction de seconde pour entrer dans le tunnel Atwater peut maintenant prendre vingt minutes. Insensé.
